PINETOP POURS
New Fashioned
- 2 oz Pinetop Carolina Moonshine
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4 Dashes Crude Bitters “Lindsay”
- Splash of Water
- Orange Rind
Pour over rocks
Pinetop Bramble
- 2 oz Pinetop Carolina Moonshine
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 8 blackberries muddled
- 1 egg white
Muddle blackberries in shaker, add Pinetop Carolina Moonshine, simple syrup, lemon juice. Stir. Add egg white. Dry shake. Add ice. Wet shake. Strain into glass.
Pinetop Negroni
- 1 1/2 oz Pinetop Carolina Moonshine
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- Splash ginger beer
- Garnish orange slice and maraschino cherry
Serve over ice
Blue Moon
- 1 1/2 oz Pinetop Carolina Moonshine
- 1 tbsp honey syrup
- 8 blueberries
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Splash sparkling water
Muddle blueberries, rosemary, honey syrup. Add Pinetop Carolina moonshine and lemon juice. Splash of sparkling water. Serve over ice.
Hound Dog
- 1 1/2 oz Pinetop Carolina Moonshine
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 3 oz fresh grapefruit
- Simple syrup to taste
- Garnish with lemon
Serve over ice
Piney Mule
- 1 1/2 oz Pinetop Carolina Moonshine
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Fill to brim with ginger beer
- Garnish with lime wedge
Serve over ice in copper mug
